LEON MILOT '18
Leon Millot is an old French Bordeaux blending grape. Deep purple in color, this dry red has subtle hints of chocolate, vanilla, cedar and toffee. Pairs well with barbeque, pulled pork and grilled meats.

A blend of 67% Merlot and 23% chambourcin. This easy going red touched oak for just 6 months. This is a smooth dry red that can be enjoyed with pasta or pizza.

This blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium bodied dry red wine berry flavors and sublet spicy overtones. Barrel-aged for 24 months and slightly acidic, this red is the perfect accompaniment to red meats, pasta and strong cheeses.

BLACK HORSE RED '18
Full bodied Bordeaux style wine. Aged 30 months in American and French oak. Plum and black currant hit the tongue with a high tannin finish. Blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.

Classic, medium-bodied dry red, this wine is oak-aged for 42 months in neutral oak. Velvety on your palate with hints of tobacco, chocolate and black pepper.

CHARDONNAY
Stainless steel aged with no oak contact in order to retain the elegant aromas and clean, fresh character for which the chardonnays of the Burgundy region are prized.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
This Sauvignon Blanc is not aged in stainless steel. This dry white is soft and creamy instead of crisp and citrusy, due to the process of barrel fermentation and sur lie aging (on the lees).
