Brand new varietal on our menu! This French hybrid grape has a dark robust purple color and full in body. Hints of black cherry and smoke with a slightly tart finish. Pairs well with roasted meats, pizza and sauteed vegetables.
Our Vidal Blanc is bright and zesty with hints of lemongrass. Pair wonderfully with fish/seafood dishes and grilled poultry.

This off dry red is 100% Rougeon grape. With a little peppery spice and slightly sweet finish it is the perfect pairing for BBQ ribs, pasta dishes and aged cheeses.
Meet one of the finest growing grapes in our great Garden State! This meduim bodied dry red has soft tannins with hints of raspberries and a meduim-long finish on the palate. Our newest vintage of this French hybrid pairs well with game, poultry and sharper cheeses.
This Sauvignon Blanc is finished in an unusual manner; aged in neutral oak and unfiltered; a manner similar to our red wines. As a result we get a bright, tart, citrus one expects in a Sauv Blanc and with richer mouth feel.

This is a medium bodied dry red wine with nuttiness, hints of black pepper and tobacco. Barrel-aged in neutral oak for 42 months this red is the perfect accompaniment to red meats, pasta and strong cheeses.
